Required Pre-Application
Before underwriting can begin, please complete the secure pre-application form using the link below:
Complete Pre-Application- IRS EIN Letter
- LLC Formation Document
- Voided check or bank letter
- Government-issued ID photo
- Last 3 months of business or personal bank statements
- Fulfillment agreement or photos of inventory (if applicable)
- Last 3 months of processing statements (if applicable)

Important Notes
- High Wire Payments only supports merchants located in the United States.
- You must have a U.S. LLC, U.S. signer, and U.S. bank account.
- Merchants with chargebacks above 1% after RDR may be subject to declines, reserves, or required mitigation tools.
