Required Documents

Submitting a clean file helps you get approved faster. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Voided check or bank letter
  • 3 months of bank statements (personal or business)
  • 3 months of processing statements (if available)
  • EIN letter
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Fulfillment agreement or inventory photos
  • Lab results / COAs for any ingestible or topical products

Optional but helpful: business license, product packaging photos, supplier invoices.

Your website should be professionally built and fully compliant. Common requirements include:

  • Card brand logos in footer (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover)
  • Age gate (21+ popup)
  • FDA disclaimer visible
  • Shipping restrictions clearly listed
  • Ingredients & strength listed per product
  • Link to COAs from product page
  • Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return & Shipping policies
  • Visible contact information

Application Process

Here’s what to expect:

  1. Pre-App: Submit a quick intake form.

  2. Bank App: Receive your full application to eSign.
  3. Internal Underwriting: Reviewed the same day. We’ll let you know if anything is missing (this is called a “pend”).
  4. Bank Underwriting: The file is submitted to our partner bank, who may request final documents (e.g., utility bill, COAs, shipping policy updates).
  5. Approval: Your account is approved and assigned a MID (Merchant ID).

Approval typically takes 5-7 business days. A pend will pause the entire application, which may delay the process. The quicker a pend is resolved, the quicker your approval.
