Leah will review your submission and reach out shortly. To speed up underwriting, please gather the following documents:

  • IRS EIN Letter
  • LLC Formation Document
  • Voided check or bank letter
  • Government-issued ID photo
  • Last 3 months of business or personal bank statements
  • Fulfillment agreement or photos of inventory (if applicable)
  • Last 3 months of processing statements (if applicable)

Important Notes

  • High Wire Payments only supports merchants located in the United States.
  • You must have a U.S. LLC, U.S. signer, and U.S. bank account.
  • Merchants with chargebacks above 1% after RDR may be subject to declines, reserves, or required mitigation tools.
